Role Title:
Exmoor Pioneers Events Support Assistant
Main Activity:
As part of it's National Lottery Heritage funded project - Exmoor Pioneers, Exmoor National Park Authority (ENPA) will be hosting a variety of public engagement events throughout the lifetime of the project. Many of these activities will be supported by volunteers, working alongside ENPA staff. Event Support volunteers will play a vital part in helping set-up for these activities and there will be a variety of different duties on offer, depending on the nature of the event taking place.
Responsibilities can include meeting and greeting those attending the events, car park marshalling, engaging with the general public and assisting staff with activities throughout the day. Specific details of the event and duties required will be given when we put the call out for help with an event.
Location:
Various locations across and around Exmoor, primarily focused on the core area of the former Royal Forest of Exmoor.
Time Commitment:
Various dates and times throughout the year. You can respond to as few or as many opportunities as you like from those that are being advertised, making this a very flexible role.
Duration:
Ongoing during the lifetime of the prject (4 years).
