The Parks and Recreation Department is committed to providing healthy, sustainable, and enriching environments for all. South Bay consists of the following recreation centers: Cesar Chavez, San Ysidro, Montgomery Waller, South Bay, San Ysidro Teen Center, and Silver Wing.
