Join us for our exciting 2026 gala, An Evening of Stars, where volunteers play a key role in ensuring a smooth and successful event! Volunteers will assist in various roles, including:

• Registration Table – Welcoming and checking in guests
• Coat Check – Managing guest belongings
• Silent Auction Area – Assisting with bidding and item distribution
• Prize Pull Game – Running the game station and engaging attendees
• Other Event Support – Helping where needed to enhance the guest experience

Details:

• Location: A’BULAE, Saint Paul
• Time Commitment: Volunteers are expected to stay for the full shift, with the possibility of leaving early if needed.
• Parking: Volunteers will be responsible for their own parking downtown. A’BULAE has a public parking ramp.
• Perks: Volunteers will receive a meal, have a designated seat during the program, and gain insider knowledge of the event. If you prefer not to watch the program, please let me know, as some stations require continuous staffing.
• Dress Code: Dress to impress! Volunteers will be provided name tags with distinguished lanyards.
