Daily Operations Support - Administrative Support
An Administrative Support Volunteer in this role will assist with a range of organizational functions, including:
• Welcoming participants, visitors, volunteers, and staff members.
• Transcribing audio recordings and handwritten content for multiple programs.
• Handling various administrative duties such as recording meeting minutes, drafting letters, creating documents like compiling reports, mailing lists, brochures, and newsletters.
• Managing document workflows through filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing as needed.
• Entering and updating case profiles in our system.
• Coordinating and scheduling appointments as necessary.

Qualifications:
• Education, training or life experience that is relevant to the work being completed
• Criminal & Judicial Matters and Vulnerable Sector Record Check & Children’s Aid Society
• Declaration/Release
Time Commitment:
• Available to work flexible hours including evenings
• Volunteers are scheduled based on their availability and the needs of the program and participants
• A minimum of a 6 month commitment is required.
Qualifications Required
- Children's Aid clearance Must be at least Completed
- Confidentiality Agreement Must be at least Completed
- Police check Must be at least Completed
