Friendly Pet Volunteer

A visit from a friendly dog can bring comfort, spark memories, and brighten the day for hospice patients and their families. Pet Visit Volunteers share the joy and companionship of their therapy or well-behaved companion dog, helping reduce loneliness and bring moments of connection.

To ensure the safety and comfort of everyone we serve, dogs must have current vaccinations, demonstrate an appropriate temperament, and have successfully completed obedience training. Our Volunteer Manager will meet each dog as part of the onboarding process.
