Do you like to help others? If you are happy to chat online via Web chat, and support people by giving information that can make all the difference to their lives, this could be the role for you.
Tinnitus UK operates a Web chat service online, which is available Monday - Friday, 10:00am – 4:00pm. New members of staff and volunteers wanting to answer web chats are expected to watch others answering web chats and take part in full training, induction and one to one support.
Volunteers are expected to commit to a certain number of hours each week, but this can be very flexible depending on your schedule. You will also need a laptop/computer and reliable internet as this is currently a remote volunteer role
