Helpline
Our national helpline receives over 5,000 calls and 1,000 emails every year from people seeking advice and reassurance about their tinnitus. If you like to help others, are happy to chat on the phone, and have a willingness to learn then this role is for you.
As a helpline volunteer, you will advise callers on how to cope with the effects of tinnitus on their lives and the best ways of accessing support and help quickly. We provide specific helpline training along with ongoing coaching and support to make sure you are ready and able to answer the phone. There may also be the opportunity for you to attend our specialised tinnitus adviser training course and our annual conference.
