Family & Carer Ambassador Volunteer (18+ Only)
As a Carer and Family Ambassador Volunteer, you will connect with carers and families of individuals with a mental illness and supporting them to feel informed, empowered, and connected. You will work alongside other staff and play a key role in Welcoming Carers, ensuring that they have the information they need and acting as a bridge between families/carers and other services and support in the community. Activities may include, supporting someone with service navigation, sourcing information or signposting them to relevant support.
This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, proactive, and passionate about improving support for families and carers. You’ll help amplify their voices and promote their role as partners in care.
