Client Copilot Co-Team Lead Volunteer
The Client Copilot Co-Team Lead will collaboratively support and coordinate the Client Copilot Team.
Time commitment: 4-6 hours per week; minimum commitment of 1 year
Requirements: computer, high-speed internet, phone; must be 18+
Responsibilities:

Sharing the leadership of the Client Copilot Team with the Co-Team Lead in a constructive and positive manner

Responding to volunteer questions
- Reviewing volunteer folders and following up as needed

Facilitating volunteer training opportunities

Facilitating a feedback-oriented culture within the team

Identifying gaps in MHC procedures relevant to the Client Copilot role and contribute to solutions

Working with clients at a reduced rate compared to other Client Copilots

Sending biweekly update emails

Following up on volunteer time sheets to ensure no volunteers are overburdened or falling behind. These conversations are supportive and are meant to check if a volunteer is overextending themselves or has a personal circumstance which merits adjusting their volunteering commitment.

Conducting bi-annual check-ins and following up on action plans

Conducting monthly meetings to keep the team on the same page

Interviewing potential volunteers by asking questions, taking notes, or reviewing recordings to provide input.
