Client Copilot Co-Team Lead Volunteer

The Client Copilot Co-Team Lead will collaboratively support and coordinate the Client Copilot Team.

Time commitment: 4-6 hours per week; minimum commitment of 1 year

Requirements: computer, high-speed internet, phone; must be 18+

Responsibilities: 

  • Sharing the leadership of the Client Copilot Team with the Co-Team Lead in a constructive and positive manner

  • Responding to volunteer questions

  • Reviewing volunteer folders and following up as needed
  • Facilitating volunteer training opportunities

  • Facilitating a feedback-oriented culture within the team

  • Identifying gaps in MHC procedures relevant to the Client Copilot role and contribute to solutions 

  • Working with clients at a reduced rate compared to other Client Copilots

  • Sending biweekly update emails

  • Following up on volunteer time sheets to ensure no volunteers are overburdened or falling behind. These conversations are supportive and are meant to check if a volunteer is overextending themselves or has a personal circumstance which merits adjusting their volunteering commitment.

  • Conducting bi-annual check-ins and following up on action plans

  • Conducting monthly meetings to keep the team on the same page

  • Interviewing potential volunteers by asking questions, taking notes, or reviewing recordings to provide input.
