Summary:

Join Dallas Hope Charities in partnership with DFW Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence!! We will be tabling at their Artists Showcase at Galileo Church in Fort Worth, TX. This is a family-friendly artists showcase for local LGBTQ+ artists and will have local organizations providing goods and services to the LGBTQ+ community. As a vendor, DHC will be handing out worthy bags and connecting with our community to provide additional support and resources.

Volunteer Roles:

• Tabling Volunteers
  • Represent Dallas Hope Charities while supporting the Artists Showcase 
  • Help set-up & tear down table
  • Hand out worthy bags and provide information on resources & support DHC provides
  • Comfortable engaging with community members
• Tabling Lead:
  • We are also looking for an experienced volunteer to help lead this event!
  • Will require supply pick up the day before (Friday, July 24) and supply drop off the Monday after (July 27). Pick up will be located at DHC Storage on Maple Ave, Dallas, TX 75235

Dress Code: Blue DHC T-Shirt (one will be provided at volunteer check-in if you do not have one), comfortable pants or jeans, and closed toed shoes.

Day-of Contact:

Will be communicated once a Table Lead is assigned

Additional Info

Check-In/Out: Please arrive 15 minutes before your shift begins to check in with the DHC staff lead and receive instructions.

Log Hours: You will be asked by your volunteer lead(s) to check in and check out via our Timeclock feature HERE.

You can use your username OR your personal QR code. Please note that when scanning the QR code, you must first open the time clock via Safari to scan the QR code for check-in and out.

Cancellations: If you are unable to attend your shift, please notify your volunteer lead as soon as possible.

Liability Waiver: All Hope Dealers must have a current volunteer agreement on file. This only needs to be completed once per year.
