Chip in for Hope: Silent Auction Ambassador
The planning for Dallas Hope Charities' third annual Chip in for Hope event is in full swing! 2024's golf tournament fundraiser is sure to be an event filled with food, fun, and golf for a cause! We are seeking are seeking up to 2 Hope Dealers to assist with our event silent auction.
Silent Auction Ambassadors will support our silent auction event component by:
- Researching possible silent auction items and contacting businesses to solicit donations
- Track pending donations, coordinate item pickup/drop off, and maintaining all relevant auction item documentation
- Updating and maintaining the silent auction website up to the event date
- Assisting with any event wrap up items regarding the silent auction
