Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Multiple Shifts Available)
Location: Vendor Zone A – Booth A29 (Located at 3014 Throckmorton St, directly in front of Sue Ellen's, off Cedar Springs)
Summary:
Join Dallas Hope Charities as we represent at Pride in Dallas 2026! Volunteers will help with booth setup, guest engagement, and teardown. As a vendor, DHC will be handing out resources and connecting with our community to provide essential support. The Vendor Market opens at 11:00 AM, with the parade kicking off at 2:00 PM. This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate Pride while sharing our mission of instilling dignity, stability, and hope for LGBTQIA+ young adults.
Volunteer Roles:
Tabling Volunteers (Multiple Shifts Available)

Shift 1 (Setup & Early Market): 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Help setup DHC table and canopy at Booth A29

Represent DHC as the vendor market opens at 11:00 AM

Share organizational resources

Shift 2 (Mid-Day Peak): 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Represent DHC during peak pre-parade foot traffic

Provide resource information

Shift 3 (Parade Shift): 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Represent DHC during the main parade time

Answer questions about DHC programs

Comfortable engaging with high-volume crowds

Shift 4 (Parade & Afternoon Peak): 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Represent DHC during parade and peak festival foot traffic

Provide resource information

Comfortable engaging with high-volume, energetic crowds

Shift 5 (Post-Parade & Teardown): 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Represent DHC during final market hours (market closes at 5:00 PM)

Assist with full table, tent, and supply teardown (starts at 5:00 PM)

Load event supplies into transport vehicles

Dress Code: Blue or Tie-Dye DHC T-Shirt (provided at volunteer check-in if you need one), comfortable pants/shorts, and closed-toed shoes.

Check-In/Out: Please arrive 15 minutes before your shift begins to check in with Matthew at Booth A29.
