Summary:
We are seeking skilled volunteer photographers and videographers to capture the magic of our 10th Birthday BBQ Bash! Responsibilities include taking high-energy candid photos of guests playing lawn games, capturing the live community variety show, and shooting short video clips suitable for DHC’s social media channels. A curated digital folder of edited assets must be delivered to the communications team post-event.
Requirements:

Must provide your own digital camera and/or video recording equipment.

Comfortable moving around a lively, crowded outdoor environment.

Portfolio Requirement: Ability to share a brief portfolio or past event examples upon sign-up (only required if you have not previously captured photography or video for Dallas Hope Charities).
Dress Code:
All photo and video volunteers are required to wear all-black attire (such as a black shirt and black pants) with comfortable, quiet closed-toe shoes to maintain a professional, low-profile production presence.

Waiver Requirement:
All Hope Dealers are required to have a signed Release of Liability Agreement and have read the Hope Dealer Handbook prior to volunteering.
Qualifications Required
- Hope Dealer Handbook Must be I have read and ACCEPT all terms & condition within the Hope Dealer Handbook.
- Release of Liability Agreement Must be Signed
- LGBTQ in the Workplace: Gender Identity vs. Sexual Orientation Must be Completed
- Introduction to Unconscious Bias Must be Completed
- Address Your Unconscious Biases Must be Completed
- Respect Ethnic & Racial Differences Must be Completed
