Manage lobby and mezzanine operations during Special Events. Oversee and provide support for Concessionaires, Box Office volunteers, Ticket Tearers, Bartenders, ID Checkers, Security, Will Call, Wrist Stampers. Fill in or assist as needed. In charge of patron safety and satisfaction. Point person for customer service and communication. Must be able to troubleshoot, solve problems, and multi-task as needed. See to the needs of artists, promoters, renters, etc. Handle contracts and payments as needed. Looks great on a resumé! 

Requirements: 21+ years old, 2 Box Office Trainee shifts, 3 Concessionaire Trainee shifts, 3 Lobby Supervisor Trainee shifts, Meeting with Executive Director.

Direct supervisor: Volunteer Director (if volunteer), Executive Director (if paid).
