Lobby Supervisor
Manage lobby and mezzanine operations during film screenings. Oversee and provide support for Concessionaires, Box Office volunteers, Ticket Takers, Bartenders and ID Checkers. Fill in or assist as needed. In charge of patron safety and satisfaction. Point person for customer service and communication. Must be able to troubleshoot, solve problems, and multi-task as needed. Looks great on a resumé!
Requirements: 1 Box Office Trainee shift, 2 Concessionaire Trainee shifts, 3 Lobby Supervisor Trainee shifts, Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST), Food Worker Card.
Direct supervisor: Volunteer Director.
