Board Committees

Executive Committee - Assist the Staff with personnel and administrative tasks.
Requirements: Meet once a month. Prior experience with business management, human resources, personnel, etc.
Direct supervisor: Board President.
Facilities Committee - Help us preserve and improve the Capitol Theater.
Requirements: Meet once a month. Pre-existing skills as a mechanic, engineer, carpenter, builder, handy-person, etc.
Direct supervisor: Executive Director.
Finance Committee - Oversee the Staff in its tracking, reporting, and budgeting of OFS finances.
Requirements: Meet once a month. Pre-existing skills as an accountant, business manager/owner, bookkeeper, or MBA graduate.
Direct supervisor: Board President.
Fundraising Committee - Plan and execute fundraisers. Research and develop grant applications.
Requirements: Meet once a month.
Direct supervisor: Board President.
