3 - Prog: Dog Transport - ACVO Transport Crew - Fri 5/2/25
It's eye exam day!
Every year our dogs get an annual eye exam. The veterinary ophthalmologist offering the exams is in Greensboro. We will be taking 6 cars with 5-6 dogs in each car to the exams on May 2. Each car needs a driver and a helper.
Shift is entered here as a placeholder but each transport shift will be slightly different. If you are able to help on May 2, please fill out this form to let us know your availability. We will organize volunteers into groups and notify everyone of their shifts.
EENP has two cars available for use but we will need at least 4 volunteers who can use their own cars for transport. A sedan will generally be too small to fit the dogs comfortably but if your vehicle can drop the back seat so it is flat with the cargo area that will typically be plenty of room.
