2 - Events: PR and Fundraising Events - Vet School Open House booth setup and break down

Help EENP spread the word at the NC State Vet School Open House. The event is from 9 am to 4 pm, with breakdown at 4 pm. We need volunteers to help set up and break down the booth.  

  • Set up can be done on Friday, the afternoon before the event, anytime before dark. (Shift time can be adjusted to suit your schedule.) Materials can be picked up at EENP on Friday.
  • Break down needs to happen at 4 pm on the day of the event. Materials need to be returned to EENP by Wednesday, but ideally sooner.
