4 - Office/Administrative/Technical Activities - Contact Vets for Graduate Teams (Remote)
Remote volunteer opportunity!
Three times each year (Jan, May, Sep) the EENP Client Services team checks in with veterinarians for all of our graduated teams. Volunteers assist by making contact with veterinarians over the course of 3 weeks:
Week 1: Volunteer calls vet practices to let them know a form will be sent by email and determine if email should be directed to a specific person. EENP will send out the email to veterinarians later that week.
Week 2: Volunteer follows up with a phone call to any vets that have not responded, using list provided by EENP.
Week 3: Volunteer follows up and complete surveys over the phone with any vets that have not responded to previous requests.
Details:
- Volunteers helping with this task need to be self-starters who will ask for direction if they don't have enough information.
- This is in our system as a one day shift of six hours to mark the approximate time the work would start but you can complete the work at any time during each week.
- We estimate this will take about two hours per week.
- All contacts do not need to happen at the same time, so you can fit this between other activities.
