Eyes Ears Nose and Paws

During the 1st week and last day of Client Team Training, everyone is working hard at the EENP training room. To help streamline our day, clients and staff have lunch together in our training room on these days. Volunteers help by providing a simple buffet-style family lunch to keep everyone going through the busy day and to reduce costs for our clients. We love having lunch volunteers join us for lunch, too! It's a special opportunity to spend time with our newest clients.

The room is generally available for setup by 11:45 am. Lunch is from 12-12:45 and we try hard to start on time so we can stay on schedule. Please let us know if you will need help with setup. 

We are still working on expected numbers of those who will be eating and any dietary restrictions/allergies.  If you sign up for a lunch before we collect this information we will reach out and let you know as soon as we determine numbers/etc!

Other details:

• We have a microwave and air fryer/toaster oven for reheating but no regular oven.
• We have an electric skillet but no stovetop. We have an electric kettle for heating water.
• We have plenty of plates, cups, and silverware.
• We have knives for food prep or cutting portions.
• We have several large serving bowls for salad, etc. if needed and we have most serving utensils we would need (plenty of tongs, serving spoons, and ladles).
• We have salt and pepper and a few salad dressings on hand.
• We generally already have a selection of drinks on hand during client team training.
• We have supplies to create food labels which we can do ahead if you let us know what you'll have, or we can label once you arrive.
• If you don't stay for lunch, please be sure we know which items you want back after lunch! At times we have volunteers cleaning up who don't know what does and doesn't belong to us so items can be put away accidentally. Name labels on anything you want back are particularly helpful!

You can pull into the single parking spot by the laundry room to unload lunch, but when you step into the laundry room please take a look inside the training room before you come through that second door. If teams are working in the training room when you arrive, come to the main entrance and let us know you're there so we can let you know when the room is available for lunch setup.
