2 - Events: Graduation Activities - Costco Graduation Food Pick-up
We're looking for a volunteer to pick up food from Costco for our upcoming graduation lunch. The timing is flexible, but we will need the items (assembled) by the morning of graduation. Ideally, the Costco trip and sandwich assembly would happen on Thursday or Friday before the event.
Items can either be brought directly to graduation or dropped off at EENP on Friday afternoon. Ideally, the volunteer would have their own Costco membership, but if needed, we can send you with our Costco card. We do ask that you stop by EENP before heading to Costco to pick up one of our credit cards for payment.
We are also looking for someone to help assemble the items into sandwiches. Please let us know if you would be willing to assemble the sandwiches too!

2 containers pimento cheese
2 containers chicken salad
3 croissants (12 to a package)
3 two packs bagged salad (vegetarian) --- usually comes in a pack of 2 bags so 2 packs would be 4 bags
2 Fruit salad
2 Tuxedo Choc Mousse Cake OR Cheesecake (choose what looks most festive!!!)
1 Pack of two pink lemonade
