Operations Division - Front of House Team
The front of house team includes the coat check, information desk and museum host roles. Each of these position are often the first point of contact for the visitor. The positions are all guided by the Visitor Experience Manager. The goal is to create a warm welcome and provide information and services for the visitors so they can plan their visit.
Shifts are 2.5 hours and the core schedule for the three roles is 9:30am to noon, noon to 2:30pm and 2:30-5pm.
