Role Overview

As a Donation Transport (Driver) Volunteer, you will play a key role in helping our thrift store operate efficiently by transporting unsellable items to a designated location 15-20 minutes away. Your support ensures that our store remains organized and that all items are redirected responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Arrange a weekly schedule of pick up from our store

• Check-in with staff to confirm which items need transport.

• Load items into your vehicle from the back door of the store. Our team members can support with this.

• Drive items to the designated location and unload.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
  

• Access to a vehicle (SUV or larger) for transporting items

• Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy items

• Punctual and reliable
