A warm welcome is the most important part of this role. Greeters manage the waiting area, provide taxpayers with required forms, and connect taxpayers with the next available tax preparer.

While simple, this position plays a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive experience for every taxpayer.

No tax knowledge is required; volunteers only need to complete a brief Volunteer Standards of Conduct quiz.
