Outreach - Rocky Mountain Soap Co - The Women's Soap Run Expo
The Rocky Mountain Soap Co Women's Run and Walk was originally started in 2008 with 600 participants, and has since grown to attract over 3,000 women for an active weekend getaway. This event runs over the weekend, hosts three different distances of run, and is open to girls and women of all ages and fitness levels.
RMA will be setting up a booth at the Expo for the run. This will be a wonderful chance to showcase who RMA is, what we do, answer any questions, and show off some of our equipment.
The booth will be manned by a staff member, and there will be information available to support you in answering any questions people have.
- Location: Canmore Nordic Centre
- What to Wear/Bring: Comfortable and weather-appropriate clothing (bring extra layers as it can be windy and you will be standing for a period of time), Kananaskis Conservation parking pass, water bottle
- What's Provided: All promotional materials, tent, table, demonstration equipment, snacks
