Hiking - Group Hike: Options Calgary
Join Options Calgary for a day of hiking! Options Calgary is a rehabilitation centre that works with adults who live with disabilities. Half the group will be paddling and half the group will be hiking. This group will require the use of multiple TrailRiders, so volunteers should be prepared to assist with a TrailRider and will be responsible for assisting with group management and tail gunning.

- What to bring/wear: Please wear/bring comfortable clothing, weather-appropriate layers, hiking boots/shoes, hat, sunscreen, water, lunch/snacks (nut-free), Bear Spray, and anything else you might want for a full day of hiking.
