Hiking - Hiking Club
General Program Information
This program focuses on the community and connection while hiking in a safe environment. Supervised by a trained staff member and supported by volunteers, participants explore hikes in the Bow Valley. Each hike location will be determined by ability level and adventure goals.
This Opportunity
Volunteers will assist RMA staff members in providing an adaptive hiking experience for a variety of participants. Use of a TrailRider may be required and roles will be assigned by staff, as required.
- Location: TBD confirmed 48 hours prior to the activity.
- What to Wear/Bring: Comfortable clothing, weather-appropriate layers, hiking boots/shoes, hat, sunscreen, water, snacks (nut-free), Bear Spray, and anything else you might want for a day out hiking.
