Client Concierge & Clinic Flow Greeter
The CONCIERGE keeps the “pulse” of the clinic floor. Your primary goal is to ensure that no client feels lost or overwhelmed. By acting as a bridge between the waiting area and the counseling/ testing rooms, you help maintain a steady, calm rhythm that allows our medical and counseling teams to work at their best.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as a personal guide for clients with mobility, language, or cognitive barriers who need special attention to fully access clinic services.
- Keep the waiting area orderly and provide clear, reassuring “next step” instructions to clients, reducing anxiety and uncertainty.
- Proactively assist clients with paperwork while they wait, ensuring forms are complete before they reach the next station to prevent bottlenecks.
- Alert the desk, counselor, or lab teams of any significant backups or specific client needs to keep the clinic moving efficiently.
Special requirements?
No medical background is needed, but you must be a pro at customer service.
