Administration - Clerical/Back office support
For those individuals who prefer a support role we have a variety of programs and locations across the organization that need assistance with ongoing clerical duties such as:
filing, preparing mailings, doing inventories, documenting, reporting, copying/scanning, following-up by emailing & possibly making phone calls depending on the role.
Most of these opportunities are in-person Monday - Friday 8a-5p but there are also limited remote/virtual roles.
Locations: Across the organization, East Valley, Central Phoenix, and West Valley (shelters, Philanthropy, Administration Office, and Community Programs)
Possible Requirements: Fingerprint Clearance cards is required for Shelters and most Community Programs, as well as for roles requiring access to agency computers.
Office Experience preferred. Good organization and communication skills
