Direct Client Services - Workforce

Volunteer Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist clients as they visit the Workforce Clothing Closet

  • Help clients check in, complete registration forms, and answer general questions

  • Guide clients to available computers and provide basic assistance with online tasks

  • Assist with selecting professional clothing for job interviews and employment

  • Support administrative tasks including data entry and file organization

  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized clothing closet space

Qualifications:

  • Friendly and approachable demeanor

  • Comfortable using basic computer programs

  • Organized and detail-oriented

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
