Prince Albert - Victoria Hospital - NICU - Baby Cuddler Volunteer (Age 18+)
As a Baby Cuddler volunteer, you will offer calming support to newborns and premature babies, help reduce stress and promote healthy development, support families who cannot be at the bedside, and work alongside our NICU team in a meaningful, structured role.
Baby Cuddler volunteers gain the deeply rewarding experience of providing comfort during a baby’s earliest days, while building meaningful connections with NICU staff and contributing to families in need. The role offers a sense of purpose, emotional fulfillment, and the calming, grounding effect of nurturing infants, along with opportunities to develop empathy, patience, and supportive‑care skills.

We are recruiting ages 18+. Shifts will be from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Volunteers must provide proof of current vaccinations, including whooping cough (pertussis).
