Tent Talks & Outdoor Talks
Volunteers will be working with a Team Leader to ensure each talk commences on time by carrying out the following activities:
- Scanning entry tickets;
- Helping with seating requirements;
- Answering general public questions;
- Preparing the stage for speakers;
- Distributing microphones during the audience Q&A sessions;
- Managing fire exits and keeping walkways clear; and
- Escorting speakers to the Waterstones tent to sign books after the event.
