(NW2) Meadow Lake, Goodsoil, Loon Lake

An Ambassador Volunteer has supervised interaction/access to vulnerable people or populations. Staff liaison will be there for continuous support and guidance. Access to confidential information will only be provided if pertinent to their role. They will work in a public, non-private setting(s) and/or spaces with high visibility. For example: activity room, dining rooms, or outdoor patio areas etc.

The volunteer assists in encouraging and engaging residents to participate in programs to improve a resident’s well-being based on these 5 domains: • Physical • Cognitive/Intellectual October 23 • Emotional • Social •

Spiritual Programs could include the following: 1:1 visit, play cards, puzzles, Bingo and word games. The volunteer could help with following: serve coffee and snacks, sanitize entertainment equipment, take ambulatory and w/c patients for walks, assist and partake in group exercise class, seasonal decorating. 

Shifts are available  Afternoons and evenings Monday - Friday
