CIT - Counselor In Training

COUNSELOR IN TRAINING PROGRAM (C.I.T.)

Cincinnati Parks needs enthusiastic teens to join our summer Counselor-In-Training Program!
This is the perfect way to earn volunteer hours while learning leadership skills that will last a lifetime and boost your resume. CITs play an integral role in assisting summer camp staff to provide a safe and fun environment for campers. From assisting with games and hikes to leading short activities; every day brings a new and fun experience!

C.I.T.s must be at least 13 years old by the start of camp. Minimum 1 week commitment. Choose from half-day camp positions (9:15am-12:15pm OR 9:30am-1:15pm) or full-day camps (9:00am-3:15pm) available every week.

The Cincinnati Parks C.I.T. program does rolling interviews and acceptances throughout spring. Camp locations and dates vary; the earlier interviews are more likely to get their desired camp. Placement is not guaranteed.
