Conservation & Land Stewardship - Better Impact Administrator Training
Better Impact has been an incredible tool for Cincinnati Parks to organize and implement structure the volunteer program. Shifting to a digital administration system has enabled us to provide training, learn about volunteer trends that point to the need for additional trainings, and especially centralize all of our efforts around conservation. It also has been an instrumental part of the growth of the program from a handful of sites doing conservation work to more than a dozen!
Better Impact is a tool available to CPACs and Site Leaders to support organizing and mobilizing efforts. We will cover everything from how to access as an administrator to the basic functions of using the tool to communicate with volunteers for your efforts, and as time/readiness permits, dive deeper into the to setting up site pages and modifying schedules, adding events, entering hours for groups, ect.
These sessions are limited to three volunteers. These can be virtual or in-person, and may be flexible on the days/times if necessary. A Teams Link will be available for virtual participants.
