Parks staff and Trained Service Persons will provide an orientation and direct the work.

Volunteers should be prepared for the weather in clothing appropriate for the temperature, wear long pants and layers (long sleeves), close-toed shoes are required. Suggested: gloves & refillable water bottle. Cincinnati Parks discourages single - use plastics.

General hand tools will be used: loppers, hand saws, hand pruners. Parks Staff and/or Cincinnati Parks Trained Service Persons will be on site to apply pesticide. Parks will supply tools and equipment, if you prefer to use your own hand tool, please bring it!
