Conservation & Land Stewardship - CUF (Bellevue Hill Park and Fairview Park) Conservation Workdays

 

Join habitat restoration efforts at Bellevue Hill Park and Fairview Park! 

LOCATION: Bellevue Hill Park, 2191 Ohio Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45219 

FOCUS: We will be tackling different invasive plants depending upon the season. Our initial efforts will focus on removing invasive Amur honeysuckle shrubs. 

ATTIRE: Long sleeves, long pants. Closed-toed shoes. Raincoat (when applicable).

WHAT TO BRING: Bug spray, sunscreen, water bottle. We will provide gloves but feel free to bring your own. All tools will be provided by Cincinnati Parks.

WHERE TO MEET/PARK: Parking lot next to Bellevue Hill Park Pavilion 

SITE LEAD/CONTACT: Cincinnati Parks and CUF CPAC volunteers 

RESTROOMS: Restrooms will be closed during the winter.

RAIN/INCLEMENT WEATHER: We will monitor weather conditions ahead of the event and cancel if it prevents us from safely and effectively achieving our goals. Registrants will be contacted via email should a cancellation be necessary.
