Community Event & Educational Programming - Maple Sugarin' at Caldwell
It’s Maple Sugarin’ Time at Caldwell Nature Preserve!
Come join us as we tap our own trees in our sugar bush. Visitors will take a journey back in time discovering the magic of maple sugaring and taste this natural sugary delight! Through hands on activities, participants will experience the arts and traditions of tapping a maple tree and see our evaporator in action!
We are looking for volunteers to fill in roles such as maple snow cone attendants, greeters, swag-bag distributors, a photo booth photographer, and parking attendants!
Location: Caldwell Nature Preserve 430 W North Bend Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45216
***Must be at least 14 years old (18+ for parking attendant)
Dress for the weather! Wear warm coats, hats, mittens, and boots if there is snow on the ground.
