Friends & Family Test Collection
You will be providing administrative support to the Friends and Family Test (FFT) Administrator. The Friends and Family Test is an anonymous form which captures feedback from patients and/or their family on their experience of receiving care in hospital. The themes from this feedback help the Trust to understand what we are doing well, and what we can improve.
The feedback cards are collected in boxes across the Trust so this role will involve a lot of walking to collect and deliver cards, as well as desk-based support to collate cards before delivery and after collection.
