Platform Calgary is looking for 4 volunteers to support an upcoming event on February 23 from 12:30–6:00 PM.

Volunteer Tasks

1. 12:30–1:30 PM: Training session, then Table and snack setup.

2. 1:30–2:30 PM: Guest check-in, name badge assistance, and general guest Q&A

3. 2:30–4:10 PM: On-stage support and passing microphones during Q&A; 

4. 4:10–5:30 PM: Guest guidance and wayfinding

   • Direct guests attending the Investor Roundtable to the 2nd floor – National Bank Investor Hub

   • Guide guests attending Happy Hour to the West Hall, assist with registration, and help distribute drink tickets

5. 5:30–6:00 PM: Guest Q&A support and space guidance
