Volunteer Opportunities: We are looking for 8 volunteers to assist with the logistics, setup, and guest experience for this luncheon.
Volunteer Roles During the Shift:

Event Setup (Morning): Arranging tables and chairs and laying out linens
-
Guest Assistance & Wayfinding (Mid-day): Welcoming guests, assisting with wayfinding, helping them navigate the lunch service, and assisting them in finding a seat.

Teardown (Afternoon): Assisting with clearing tables, packing up linens, and general room teardown.
