Support our work behind the scenes

As a Head Office Volunteer, you’ll play an important role in supporting the teams who make Tŷ Hafan’s work possible, helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes.

From administration to reception, your time helps our staff focus on what matters most: supporting children and families across Wales.

We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds. Please let us know in your application if any adjustments are needed for your chosen role, and we’ll work with you to support this.

How your role makes a difference

By volunteering in our head office, you help:

• Support vital services by keeping teams organised and efficient
• Strengthen day-to-day operations through administrative support
• Create a warm welcome for visitors, families, and staff
• Enable our teams to focus more time on supporting and raising funds for children and families.

• Answering calls and supporting enquiries
• Welcoming visitors on reception
• Supporting with long-term or short-term project work
• Use your existing skills to support our teams and departments.
