Elrose Health Centre Youth Volunteer
This position allows high school students to volunteer their time and efforts in Acute and Continuing Care. They will gain experience and knowledge regarding duties and careers available within our facilities.
Career and Work Experience placements, wellness credits, and work experience programs are available but dependent on availability.
Duties may include: restocking carts (robes, slippers, toiletries), delivering water and snacks to patients, visiting, playing cards, reading, fingernail painting, seasonal decorating, assisting with recreational events, shadowing nursing staff.
