Volunteers will assist with set-up, participation, and cleanup of the program. Walk beside able-bodied residents or push residents in wheelchairs The volunteer assists in encouraging and engaging residents to participate in programs to improve a resident's well-being and engage in these 5 domains. Physical, emotional, social, and spiritual. The volunteer will accept direction and feedback from the staff liaison and local Volunteer Services Coordinator. Be respectful of confidentiality in all interactions. Report any concerns or resident needs to the staff liaison.
