Admin/PMO volunteer
Looking for enthusiastic volunteers to lead and/or support these backbone activities that enable the chapter to operate:
- Recording and posting minutes of all PMI-LA Chapter business meetings.
- Maintaining all legal contracts for the Chapter (except those relating to finance). Serves as point contact provided for on-going contracts as necessary.
- Oversight of all PMI-LA Chapter documents, assets, and historical information, and for the creation and oversight of all project forms for the Chapter.
- Providing project management assistance and oversight on new initiatives, as well as cross functional projects via the chapter's project management office (PMO.
