Chief Marketing Liaison

 

Summary: The Chief Marketing Liaison is the liaison to the Marketing Committee on behalf of Membership and is responsible for creating engaging content and managing the marketing-related events for PMI-Los Angeles that impacts all the chapter’s members. This role plays a key part in increasing member engagement, visibility, and outreach efforts.

 

Duties:

  • Volunteer Spotlight & Content Creation:
    • Create graphics for Volunteer Spotlight social media posts.
    • Publish the Volunteer Spotlight feature on the PMI-LA website.
    • Ensure Volunteer Spotlights aligns with PMI branding and engagement goals.
  • Marketing & Event Promotion:
    • Collaborate with the Marketing Committee to develop visual and written content for campaigns.
  • Collaboration & Engagement:
    • Attend monthly Membership team meetings and contribute to planning activities.

 

Skills:

  • Content creation skills and a desire to learn graphic design skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

 

Estimated Time Commitment: Approximately 1 to 3 hours per week for planning and content creation. 1 to 2 hours per event for marketing and promotion. 1 hour per month for Membership team meetings.
