Associate Vice President (AVP) of PMO & Administration

Summary
The Associate Vice President of PMO & Admin supports the Vice President in driving strategic initiatives, maintaining strong project operations, and ensuring alignment across the department. This role is designed as a developmental leadership position that provides hands-on experience supporting cross-functional work while contributing to the overall continuity and effectiveness of PMO & Admin.
Focus
Provide day-to-day support and continuity for PMO & Admin functions while contributing to the department’s broader strategic and operational efforts.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with coordination of cross-functional projects and administrative initiatives
  • Contribute to departmental planning, documentation, and internal communications
  • Help maintain records, project tools, and knowledge systems that support continuity
  • Support day-to-day departmental operations and help bridge coordination across project teams
  • Participate in strategic meetings and planning discussions alongside the Vice President, as needed
  • Help reinforce alignment across PMO & Admin priorities and ongoing work

  • PMO & Admin benefits from stronger continuity across day-to-day operations
  • Cross-functional efforts are better supported and more effectively coordinated
  • Departmental tools, records, and internal resources are maintained more consistently
