Summary
The Director of Strategy & Partnerships supports PMO & Admin by helping align departmental efforts with PMI’s broader vision while advancing strategic initiatives and relationship-building efforts. This role contributes to high-impact planning, supports Social Impact-related work, and helps cultivate partnerships that strengthen project support, collaboration, and membership engagement.
Support strategic planning and partnership development that strengthen PMO & Admin initiatives, especially in areas connected to Social Impact and chapter collaboration.

Help align PMO & Admin initiatives with PMI’s broader vision and relevant strategic priorities

Support planning and coordination for strategic projects, including Social Impact-related efforts

Help identify, build, and maintain partnerships that support project goals and member engagement

Contribute to relationship-building efforts that expand collaboration opportunities across the chapter and beyond

Support thoughtful planning around high-impact initiatives and strategic opportunities
- Help reinforce connections between PMO & Admin work, partnership development, and broader chapter value

Strategic initiatives are supported with stronger planning and clearer alignment

Social Impact and related efforts benefit from more focused coordination
