Marketing Analytics Coordinator
Role Description:
PMI-LA Chapter is seeking a highly analytical and curious Marketing Analytics Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This role will help the chapter better understand member engagement across our digital channels, including website, email, and social media.
The coordinator will gather and analyze data to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and provide insights that help guide marketing decisions and content strategy. This role works closely with the VP of Marketing & Communications.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Compile and track monthly marketing performance reports.
  • Analyze engagement across website, email, and social media channels.
  • Pull monthly reports from platforms such as Mailchimp, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Identify trends and provide insights to improve marketing campaigns and member engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to help guide content strategy based on data.
  • Attend weekly marketing meetings (online).
General:
Volunteer can be remote.
Skills required:
  • All the below are trainable if you have no experience, but high interest.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in marketing analytics and digital engagement.
  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, email analytics) is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to the team.
Expected Level of Effort:
Minimum 1–2 hours per week – with additional time as needed.
