Garden Guides (Docents) - Field Trip Assistant
Field Trip Assistants Needed:
We need Field Trip Assistants to assist with:
- Greeter/Runner
- Program Support
*Please note that you are not required to provide tours. However, if you enjoy giving tours, we're more than happy for you to do so! *
Dates and shifts are below:
Koala Kare and Daycare
- 2 Tour guides needed for June 17, 2026
- Shift time: 8:30am - 10:30am
Theme: Root to Fruit
You will be giving a 1-hour garden tour focusing on the different parts of plants found throughout the garden, what their function is, and how they are useful to people.
K-4th Grade: 20 students total
Each group will have approximately 10 students
Information/guide will be provided to you
* Remember, you do not have to be an expert, all we ask for is your passion and love of the Garden!
* But you do have to be an approved volunteer who has completed the volunteer application process and feel comfortable speaking and giving tours of the Garden.
